What to Expect

My first priority is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and comfortable. I expect that you will walk away from our first session with insight and some hopefulness. It’s important to me that you feel a sense of safety in my presence, and this is something that will develop through the work we do together. While I have a gentle presence, I am not a “neutral sounding board” - I will impart information & education, share my perspective and impressions, and be directive when appropriate.

We might be a good fit if you are struggling to live with trauma or noticing the impacts of a traumatic past; you are struggling to manage emotions; or you are feeling stuck in old, unhelpful patterns.

 

You’re likely here because something is calling your attention - something that is no longer serving you - ie: an old habit, a way of thinking, or a pattern of reacting. I will support a collaborative exploration of what is standing in the way of you feeling healthy, hopeful and whole.
